Can be installed E-Sniper in operating systems prior to Windows 7?
E-Sniper is designed to run on WIndows 7 SP1 and Windows 8 and has not been tested in previous operating systems. It may work correctly in Windows Vista,
but not in Windows XP, because in this operating systema can not be installed the SQLServer express 2012 LocalDB database support. Neither can it be installed on
Windows Server versions prior to version 2008 SP2.
In case of installing it in one of these systems, is possible for the program to work with a MySQL or SQLServer database, but the functionality to import and export data would be lost, since it is based on the use of .mdf files managed by LocalDB.
In any case, you should first install the free version of the program to see if it works correctly on your system.
Can I install the program on more than two computers with only one license?
The E-Sniper license allows the simultaneous use of the program on two computers only. However, you can install it on any number of computers, since the license can be released at
any one of them to register in another as many times as desired. The program will only work on those two computers on which it is currently registered the license key.
Currently there is no available option to purchase additional license keys.
An error occurs when opening the shooting gallery
In some Windows versions, an error occurs when open the free version or the shooting gallery in the full version, like this one in the image.
To fix this issue, you can download a program update, valid for both versions, following this link.
In the free version, you must unzip the file in the folder where the program is installed, overwriting the old files. In the full version you can do the same or unzip in another folder and use the menu option AddOns/Update E-Sniper, selecting the folder where you have unzipped the files.
